Mir Cleaning Services Residential Services operates as a scheduling and coordination service that connects customers with independently owned and operated cleaning professionals ("Contractors").  Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by the owner of the company, (Eric Miroewski), the individuals and entities performing cleaning services are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, joint ventures, or agents of the company.  Contractors control the manner and means of performing their work, including providing their own tools, equipment, and supplies and determining their own methods and routes, subject only to the service requested by the customer.  Customers are responsible for: (a) providing safe and lawful access to the premises; (b) securing and safeguarding valuables, fragile items, cash and important documents; and (c) promptly notifying the Contractor and, if applicable, the Company of any issues with the services.  The Company and Contractors are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that are discovered or revealed as a result of cleaning.  The Company does not guarantee, represent, or warrant the work performed by Contractors, including any guarantees of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, timeliness, or outcome.  Any satisfaction guarantees, touch-up visits, or "re-clean" policies described by the company, if offered, are voluntary customer service measures and do not expand the Company's legal liability beyond what applicable law requires.  The Company's role is limited to marketing, scheduling, billing support (if applicable), and customer service coordination.  All cleaning work is performed solely by Contractors, who are directly responsible for the quality and results of their services.  To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio and federal law, the Company disclaims responsibility and liability for any acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, errors, or failures by Contractors, including but not limited to: property damage, loss, or theft.  Personal injury or death.  Service delays, rescheduling, or non-performance.  Breaches of promises or agreements made directly between the customer and a Contractor.  Any claim or dispute arising out of the cleaning services themselves must be addresses directly with the Contractor who performed the work.
